14-day guarantee
If a guide you bought from us doesn't help, email hello@careersmartstudio.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email or receipt, and we'll refund you in full. No long explanation needed — though we'd love to know what was missing.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through the store you bought from (Gumroad or Etsy). They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Etsy orders
For Etsy purchases you can also message us through Etsy. Etsy's own purchase protection applies alongside this policy.
Free guides
Free guides and emails cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund — just unsubscribe from any email if you no longer want them.
